Working on it ... Mr. Mighty has apparently been listening to ZZ Top. Will he ever listen to anything from this century? (If not, can you blame him?)

Will our heroes continue to pursue this pea-pitching perpetrator? Click on the TWC Vote button to find out!

Happy (late) Canada Day and (early) USA Independence Day!

Funny how there's the automatic assumption that she's got reduced aging as a power to explain her apparent lack of aging, instead of that she was placed in suspended animation somehow like Buck Rogers (and explains why she was in the sewers, that's where the hidden base with the suspended animation equipment is at). Reminds me of the original Flash series with the genius tech guy who did that to get into the then present days to give technology time to mature so he could better exploit it.

Speaking of automatic assumptions... Ever since Jane described her as a "suspect[ed] villain" nobody has questioned that assumption. Yes, she has more knowledge of flour explosions* and of power equipment than the average housewife, but her worst offense so far seems to be littering - spilling a bag of legumes on the floor. Or maybe 'ham & beans without cornbread'. Must be a slow day at S.A.V.E.U.S. if this is keeping two of their heaviest hitters busy.

*Check out some of the impressive fireballs on Youtube. June and her ANFO lawn gnomes from Ch. 12-04 could learn from her... but maybe should not, for the safety of the rest of us. :)

@Pastangum: Gah, can't believe I didn't bring that point up. The woman hadn't done anything criminal (certainly none of the knowledge she'd demonstrated is a crime to have) but they've been treating her as one from the start and haven't even remotely considered she might not be one. For heroes they're certainly not acting it at the moment.

@Nightmask, not all law enforcement is arresting criminals. I would imagine they were just following up on a possible lead to try to prevent a crime; it was never said that they wanted to arrest ms. D, only ask her a few questions. (And they did get involved only when she was accosted and being stolen from.) Still, yeah, they were pretty nosy, and I have to wonder if MM learned his crime-fighting style from the Keystone Kops.

In the end, now was the best time to comment on it, [spoiler redacted - a reason is suggested on the TWC vote page]
